Neden Muhasebe Entegrasyonu Şart?
Türkiye'de e-ticaret satıcıları için e-arşiv fatura zorunlu. Her siparişe elle fatura kesmeye çalışmak, hacim arttıkça ciddi bir operasyonel yük oluşturur. Entegrasyonla sipariş tamamlandığı anda muhasebe tarafında fatura, tahsilat ve müşteri kaydı otomatik oluşur.
Paraşüt Entegrasyonu
Paraşüt, KOBİ'ler için hazırlanmış bulut tabanlı ön muhasebe programıdır. API'si oldukça gelişmiş ve dokümantasyonu açık. Entegrasyon için yapılması gerekenler:
- Paraşüt hesabınıza giriş yaparak Ayarlar → API Erişim Anahtarı oluşturun.
- Vergi dairesi ve firma bilgilerinizi eksiksiz doldurun (e-arşiv için zorunlu).
- Sitenizdeki ürün kategorilerini Paraşüt'teki KDV oranlarıyla eşleştirin.
- Test ortamında birkaç sipariş simüle edin, faturaların doğru kesildiğinden emin olun.
- Canlıya alırken ödeme alma entegrasyonunu da aktif edin.
Logo / Logo İşbaşı
Logo, özellikle orta ve büyük ölçekli işletmelerin tercih ettiği klasik muhasebe yazılımıdır. Sunucu bazlı çalıştığı için entegrasyon biraz daha teknik detay gerektirir. Logo Connect servisi veya ORFE üzerinden bağlantı kurulur. Dikkat edilmesi gerekenler:
- Logo sürümünüzün entegrasyona açık olduğundan emin olun (TIGER, GO3, WINGS Enterprise).
- Stok kartları ve ürün kodları Logo tarafında önceden tanımlı olmalı.
- Cari hesap kod yapınızı standartlaştırın (örn. E-ticaret siparişleri için ayrı bir prefix).
- E-arşiv fatura entegratörünüzle Logo'nun bağlantısını önceden test edin.
Uyumsoft Entegrasyonu
Uyumsoft, özellikle e-arşiv, e-fatura ve e-defter tarafında güçlü çözümler sunar. Bulut tabanlı olması entegrasyon kurulumunu kolaylaştırır. API dokümantasyonu üzerinden token bazlı yetkilendirme ile bağlantı yapılır.
Kurulum Sonrası Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler
Entegrasyon çalışsa bile bazı durumlarda manuel kontrol şarttır. Özellikle iade, iptal ve fatura düzeltme senaryolarını dikkatle planlayın.
- İade edilen siparişler için otomatik fatura iptali yerine "iade faturası" tercih edilmeli.
- Müşteri yanlış TC/VKN girdiyse e-arşiv sistemi reddeder; site tarafında validasyon şart.
- Ayın başında veya sonunda entegrasyonu test sürümüyle çalıştırın — resmi tatil günlerinde senkron hataları oluşabilir.
- Hata loglarınızı günlük olarak kontrol eden bir izleme sistemi kurun.

Paraşüt Integration
Paraşüt is a cloud-based pre-accounting program built for SMEs. Its API is mature and well-documented. To integrate:
- In your Paraşüt account, go to Settings → API Access Key and generate a key.
- Complete your tax office and company information (required for e-archive).
- Map your site's product categories to Paraşüt's VAT rates.
- Run a few test orders in staging to make sure invoices are issued correctly.
- Activate the payment-capture integration when going live.
Logo / Logo İşbaşı
Logo is the traditional accounting software favored by mid-size and enterprise businesses. Being server-based, the integration requires more technical detail. The connection is made via Logo Connect or ORFE. Things to watch for:
- Confirm your Logo version supports integration (TIGER, GO3, WINGS Enterprise).
- Inventory cards and product codes must be pre-defined on the Logo side.
- Standardize your customer account code structure (e.g., a dedicated prefix for e-commerce orders).
- Pre-test the Logo connection with your e-archive provider.
Uyumsoft Integration
Uyumsoft is particularly strong for e-archive, e-invoice, and e-ledger. Being cloud-based simplifies integration setup. Authentication is token-based via the documented API.
Post-Launch Considerations
Even with a working integration, some cases need manual oversight. Plan carefully for returns, cancellations, and invoice corrections.
- For returned orders, prefer an explicit "return invoice" over auto-canceling the original.
- If a customer enters an invalid TR ID/Tax number, the e-archive system rejects it — validate on the site side.
- Run a test pass at the beginning and end of each month — sync errors spike around public holidays.
- Set up daily log monitoring so integration errors are caught quickly.
How Long, How Much?
